How to use the golf trip planner

  1. Set your travel dates, number of golfers, and the destination timezone.
  2. Add each round, hotel check-in, meal, and transfer. Include travel time after each activity.
  3. Check schedule conflicts, confirm bookings, then copy the itinerary or export a calendar file for your group.

A worked example

For a 9:00 a.m. tee time, a 270-minute round ends at 1:30 p.m. A 45-minute travel buffer leaves the next activity starting at 2:15 p.m. or later. Add lunch as its own activity before booking an afternoon round.

Questions, answered.

Can I share the golf itinerary with my group?

Yes. Copy it into your group chat, print or save a PDF, export a calendar file, or download a trip file another golfer can open in this planner. Edits are not synced between devices.

Does this book tee times or import my Greenskeeper courses?

No. Add course names and booking details yourself, then confirm reservations directly. This website cannot read the course collection stored on your phone.

How should I plan 36 holes in one day?

Start with the first tee time, your realistic round duration, a meal break, and travel between courses. Check the second round against the daylight calculator and the course’s closing time.

A little more golf.
